What is a heart attack?

A heart attack occurs when the blood supply to part of the heart muscle itself is severely reduced or stopped. The reduction or stoppage happens when one or more of the coronary arteries supplying blood to the heart muscle is blocked. This is usually caused by the build up of plaque, a process called atherosclerosis. The plaque can eventually burst, tear or rupture, creating a "snag" where a blood clot forms and blocks the artery. This leads to a heart attack.

If the blood supply is cut off for more than a few minutes, muscle cells suffer permanent injury and die. This can kill or disable someone, depending on how much heart muscle is damaged.

Sometimes a coronary artery temporarily contracts or goes into spasm. When this happens the artery narrows and blood flow to part of the heart muscle decreases or stops. We're not sure what causes a spasm. A spasm can occur in normal-appearing blood vessels as well as in vessels partly blocked by atherosclerosis. A severe spasm can cause a heart attack.

The medical term for heart attack is myocardial infarction. A heart attack is also sometimes called a coronary thrombosis or coronary occlusion.

LOve in Physchology

Psychology depicts love as a cognitive and social phenomenon. Psychologist Robert Sternberg formulated a triangular theory of love and argued that love has three different components: intimacy, commitment, and passion. Intimacy is a form in which two people share confidences and various details of their personal lives. Intimacy is usually shown in friendships and romantic love affairs. Commitment, on the other hand, is the expectation that the relationship is permanent. The last and most common form of love is sexual attraction and passion. Passionate love is shown in infatuation as well as romantic love. All forms of love are viewed as varying combinations of these three component

love can be related to the electric law~~Coulomb Law, which showed that positive and negative charges attract, analogs in human life were developed, such as "opposites attract". Over the last century, research on the nature of human mating has generally found this not to be true when it comes to character and personality; people tend to like people similar to themselves. However, in a few unusual and specific domains, such as immune systems, it seems that humans prefer others who are unlike themselves (e.g. with an orthogonal immune system), since this will lead to a baby which has the best of both worlds. In recent years, various human bonding theories have been developed described in terms of attachments, ties, bonds, and affinities. In conclusion, love is an activity, not simply a feeling.

They then attend special congregational prayers held in mosque. The prayer is generally short and is followed by a khutbah.Worshippers greet and embrace each other with hugs in a spirit of peace and love after the congregational prayer. After the special prayers, festivities and merriment are commonly observed with visits to the homes of relatives and friends to thank god for all blessings.Eid ul-Fitr is a joyous occasion with important religious significance, celebrating the achievement of enhanced piety. understanding emotional.

In life we are taught a great many things, but we lack much about emotions! Most of us our emotions are something mystery. We know that we have them but we dont know how is it and how to experience them more positively.
Denial - Many of our fears and insecurities are hide behind our conscious minds and unaware of them and how they affect our lives. We are often in denial of these insecurities. We hide them away for protection and then try to get on with life. Unfortunately, these insecurities have a nasty habit of reappearing in our lives as emotional trauma, relationship difficulties and even health problems.
Resistance - Life will through challenges at us and these will raise the emotional temperature. In order to keep our insecurities at bay and avoid feeling our negative emotions we will tend to resist or anything in life that might trigger these unpleasant sensations.
Pain - usually due to traumatic events in our life, the resistance is broken and we begin to feel emotional pain.we tend to blame other people for our negative emotions.
Guilt - Under our tendency to blame other people for our problems is a usually unconsciously. This guilt is based around our low self esteem. Self-blame and guilt are always mistakes and much of our work focuses disturbing on these damaging emotionals
Fear - All these negative emotions are actually hide our fears. There will be many different fears that we are unwilling to deal with, but ultimately these will boil down to our fears about being abandoned, rejected and unloved. As we gain confidence and greater emotional awareness we are able to feel, understand and let go of these fears.
Love - As we face and heal our fears, rather than suppressing or denying them, we discover that they hide our natural state - that of love, spirit and pure positive energy. As we strip away the pain, guilt and fear we are left with the beauty of our essence - full of creativity, abundance and joy.
By understanding the layered nature of emotions we begin to understand why we have certain thoughts and feelings and also understand the people around us better.

Young marriages, especially teenage marriages, can face extra strain due to the fact that young people often have not prepared for the reality of marriage. Couples sometimes find that what they want at 25 is not the same as what they wanted in their teenage years. The research is clear that young people have a better chance in marriage if they wait until they are older to marry.According to a 2001 survey conducted by Oklahoma State University, young marriages, those who enter marriage before the age of 20, are the most likely to end in divorce.
Oklahomans also have more young marriages and teenage marriages than the national average.
In addition, this same survey reports that 43% of respondents said teenage marriage was one factor that contributed to a divorce. That is not to say that if you are in a teenage marriage or young marriage that you can't have a good marriage. Many couples that marry young end up having a very fulfilling marriage. However, you should learn how to communicate and deal with conflict have a better chance at an enduring marriage.

shyness

What Is Shyness?
Shyness means feel a little scared when you're around strange people. Everybody feels shy sometimes.
shy cannot pe pretend to be but,It is just something that happens. It can just sneak up on you. You might feel fine study, but you feel nervous and shy when the lecturer wants you to make presentation.
But being shy isn't necessarily a bad thing. It's OK if it takes you a while to feel comfortable with new people and new situations. In fact, it can even be helpful to be a little shy. When you're shy, you may spend a little extra time observing the scene before jumping right into it. And you're unlikely to talk to others, which you shouldn't do anyway!
What Causes Shyness?
Some kids are born shy and more sensitive. Sometimes even babies act shy. Have you ever seen a baby hide his or her face from a stranger? On the other hand, another baby might kick, smile, and wave at everyone.
But if you weren't shy as a little kid, it's still possible to be a shy person. You might have learned to be shy because of experiences you've had at school or home. And sometimes you only feel shy for a short while, like the first time you get on a new school. This type of shyness often goes away after you get adjusted.
Can Shyness Be Serious?
Sometimes, people become so shy they are afraid to do simple things in life. For example, they won't go to a restaurant without company, because they are too shy to order and pay for their food. Some people are so shy about meeting new people that they rarely go outside. Doctors and psychologist often can help the person work through this kind of shyness.
If your shyness is keeping you from doing stuff you want to do, talk to someone about it. Parents, teachers, counselors, and doctors are all good people to turn to. Talking about your shyness may help you get over it.
If you know someone who's shy, try to help the person feel less nervous. Name-calling or teasing will make your friend feel even more shy, so try not to do it. The more time you spend with the person, the less shy he or she will feel around you. You might even tell him or her about a time that you felt shy. It will help your friend to understand that everyone feels shy sometimes, even you!

Are men going extinct?

The ratio of girls to boys entering university is now so bad. That for every 7 girls there are only 3 boys. just look at our class. why do you think there are more women in university?
On my opinion, women are more obidient by nature. women are more serious and less playfull in school. Women are also usually prepared for exams and they can perform better.while men are more rebellious. Thay are easily distracted by other activities such as karaoke, racing and smoking.. so what you think? advance your opinion on this matter. do you agree or disagree? share your minds with me.

The Power of Smile

A smile is central to our evolution and one of the most happy powerful tools of human behaviour. Putting on a happy not only helps us make friends, it translate into altered brain chemistry that makes us feel better. My friends have taught me the value of smiling. They say, 'because i not often smile, people think i am not friendly, sad, angry or depressed and i can't show them what i am really like. Then now, i alway smile to my friends.
I really think that a smile is a powerful of our conversation capability. if you can't smile, you are very limited in our ability to pass on information and relate to other people..
.. keep on smiling..

why are online games are so addictive?

in south korea, a 28 years old man reportedly collapse and died after playing an online game for 50 hours straight.
by chemical reaction, Dr murni Wilson, director and senior consultant psychiatrist of the community Addiction Management program says, people may have a greater vulnerability to online games addiction. Advancing to the next stage of an online game gives them a buzz that makes them feel better and more motivated. This winning feeling is so rewarding that it's memory takes on a great intensity and becomes more desirable everytime it is recalled. The gamer may not win very often and reward may not come every time they play the game but they never know when they will win again or get reward.it could be the next hours, or the next minute, and if they don't continue playing, they fear they will miss the chance to win or receive rewards.
